However, when you have enough clients where you have to keep track of many moving parts that's when you start thinking about a practice management software. You have to have some volume to even consider a practice management solution if you only have a couple of clients it doesn't matter and it is cost prohibitive. Plus you keep all your clients contacts business and personal, get a client portal, you can get your client to sign any document not just a tax return. This could be done with other cheaper or even free versions of management software but this one keeps all your clients stuff in one place. Once you start getting a lot of clients it's a challenge keeping all the work on track so I think these Pipelines would be a great way to stay on track with work.
